Welcome to the "unofficial"
web site of the Southeast Citizens Planning Advisory Committee
(CPAC) in Jacksonville, FL. While our official site is on the City
of Jacksonville's web site, this site offers more
information for CPAC members and members of the public alike. The
CPAC covers Planning District 3, which includes the area south of
Beach Blvd., between the St. Johns River and the Intracoastal
Waterway.
The CPAC has the following Subcommittees:
Beautification and Environment
Economic Development
Education
Growth Management
Land Use & Zoning
Membership Recruitment
Safety
Transportation
Members and the public are encouraged to interact with these subcommittees in order to
solve problems, and to provide an exchange of ideas to enhance
the quality of life in Jacksonville. If you cannot attend the

Southeast CPAC meets at 6:30PM on the fourth Monday of each month, except
December, at St. Vincent's Medical Center Southside, 4201 Belfort Road, Main Hospital - Auditorium C,
Jacksonville, FL 32216.
The 2012 Chair is Pat Corrado, and the Vice Chair is Gloria Stephens.
